About Crystle

Hi! I’m Crystle, a modern day Holistic Healer and Reiki Medicine Woman. I have Cherokee ancestors in my heritage and have always connected strongly with Native American teachings and wisdom. I utilize my intutive and psychic gifts along with the wisdom of my lineage and training to hold a safe space for powerful healings to occur.
I used to work with both men and women, but now work exclusively with women and teens. I find that working with this demographic is where my passion truly lies. Sorry guys- women’s wellness, empowerment, and healing are so needed in this world, and I am on a mission to support my sacred sisters on their healing journeys!

My Story

After having an OBE in a near-fatal car accident in 2002, my whole world view changed. I knew without a doubt from that experience that I was a spirit inside a body, and that I was meant to come back and share my gifts with the world. It was a miracle that I survived, and it changed my life forever. I talk about it on a friend’s podcast, which you can listen to here.
After taking months to recover from my extensive injuries I became fascinated with massage therapy and Reiki and was thoroughly convinced of its many benefits. It became my lifelong career and passion. Over the years I’ve worked in spas, health clubs, hospice care, retirement homes, and private practice, which have all contributed to my in depth knowledge of various modalities, clients, and settings.
In addition to Western healthcare, I also have a background in shamanic studies and Eastern healing modalities. All my experience has helped me to become well rounded in the field of complementary alternative medicine. I now help others heal through using my intuitive gifts to tune into their body’s wisdom, helping them to release stress and trauma, and strengthening the body-mind-spirit connection.
Education

I received a Certificate of Massage Therapy from Apollo College in 2006, and a Bachelor’s of Health Science and Minor in Psychology from Boise State University in 2015. I have reached Master Level in 3 different schools of Reiki: Usui, Karuna, and Tanran. I completed Yoga Nidra training from Sage Yoga and Wellness in Boise in 2019. I became a women’s empowerment and wellness coach through Crowned For Success in 2019. I received two certificates in Thai Yoga Massage and completed training in Thailand from the Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage in 2019 and 2020.

I believe it is important to always keep learning. I continue to further my education each year by enrolling in different programs. This year I am taking a trauma healing program from the Heart Math Institute.
