Have you ever thought about becoming a better listener?
Enjoy a safe and sacred space free of distractions, phones on silent, or even turned off. Be held in community to connect deeply to self and others. Listening is the theme and you will be supported to go deep within to witness discomfort with compassion, transforming separation into safety and belonging.
The intention of this community workshop is to allow you to deepen self care and discover a sense of innate worth and belonging by integrating your shadow and releasing shame and blame. Periods of guided silence, sharing, movement, meditation, journaling, and ceremony will allow for fullness of integration.
Join us in this community container as we begin the day in Noble Silence. (Noble silence means refraining from speech.) After our Metta and silent meditation, we will move into the Noble Friend exercise. This will be when we break our silence, share and connect with others.
The rest of the workshop will include: yin yoga, chi gong, chanting, shadow work, metta meditation, restorative movement, transformative art project, and conclude with a cacao ceremony and yoga nidra.
Please bring: Pen, Journal, Yoga Mat, Bolsters, Blankets, Crystal or ceremonial item for altar space, water.
